“JoYuriz” (조유리즈), also known as “The Triplets”, is a friendship pairing and an official sub-unit of IZ*ONE. It is made up of the members Yena, Chaewon, and Yuri.
History[]
The sub-unit became known due to the great similarity in facial structure between the three members, Yena, Chaewon and Yuri, as most people confused them, even official media such as magazines and reports. This group was just a joke at first among the fans and the members themselves but it started to get more and more strength in time. When IZ*ONE's first studio album, "BLOOM*IZ", was released, they "officially debuted" with the song, "SOMEDAY". Even in the official description of the song, they are referred to as JoYuriz.

- As of March 2021, all three have written and produced songs, which are SOMEDAY, Slow Journey and Lesson. All three of them are also ballads.
Differences[]
- Yena and Chaewon are part of Unnie Line, while Yuri is part of Maknae Line.
- Yuri is shorter than Yena and Chaewon by an inch, Yena and Chaewon are about the same height
- Only Yena composed the song Lesson, but not the lyrics, as it's the only one in Japanese, and it the last out of the three to be performed, and is yet to be in an album as of March 2021.
- Only Yuri is long-sighted
- Yuri was born in Busan. Both Yena and Chaewon were born in Seoul, but Yena was raised in Gwangju, so only Chaewon can't speak in a dialect.
- Yuri and Chaewon are good at long jump. Yena is, by comparison, the worst at it.
