"Hate XX" is Yena's second single album. It was released on June 27, 2023 with "Hate Rodrigo" serving as the title track.

Between May 31, 2023 and June 2, several short videos titled "Test #Hate_XX" were released on Yena's Youtube channel.
On June 8, 2023 a teaser poster was released on Yena's social media accounts revealing that she will release her second single album titled "Hate XX" on June 27, 2023.[1]
The track list for the album was released on June 19, revealing the title track to be "Hate Rodrigo" featuring Yuqi of girl group (G)I-DLE.[2] A teaser for the music video was released the following day.

A comeback showcase was held on June 27, 2023 at 8PM (KST) at the Blue Ssquare Mastercard Hall in Seoul, South Korea.[3]
